Returns and defects

All orders are processed (within two working days of correct receipt of the order), in Standard shipping mode, for different needs please contact us by email.

RETURNS AND DEFECTS

  • in the event that you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing the word “RESERVATION” on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign, then describing the anomaly you noticed (e.g. damaged package, wet package). Then inform Cantina Bentivoglio customer service of the incident at jazz@cantinabentivoglio.it , attaching photos of the damage, non-original packaging, etc.

Are you a private customer and want to return a purchase you made on Cantina Bentivoglio?

  • Send an email to jazz@cantinabentivoglio.it within 15 days of receiving the goods in which you inform us that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating the relative order number.
  • Send the goods with suitable packaging to the address indicated below.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue the refund.

Faulty or corked products

If you find a wine that is spoiled or that tastes like it has been corked, keep the bottle half-full and with the original cork , write to us at jazz@cantinabentivoglio.it and we will take care of recovering the defective bottle at our expense and then send you an equivalent discount code, as long as you notify us within 3 months of purchase.
